PROCESSOR SPEED AND MEMORY (RAM)
4GB of RAM minimum is required to adequately run the program. Our software requires your computer to have an adequate processor (CPU).
As there are thousands of computer processors, use the steps below to identify if your processor is adequate for running lessons.
How to identify your processor and memory (RAM)
Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1
Open your system by clicking the Start button › Settings › Control Panel › System
In the system section, you can view your computer’s processor, RAM and type
From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel
Scroll down to the section marked System to view your computer’s processor, RAM and type
The system profile or system information app is available under Applications > Utilities
This will show the processor name and speed as well as the amount of memory installed
At this point, tablet devices are not supported by the software and our Head Office team is currently working on rectifying this.
FINDING YOUR CPU MARK SCORE
Once you have the model of processor in your computer you can go to the following website and type the model number into the search:
This will give you a CPU Mark Score.
Our software requires a minimum score of 2500 CPU Mark Score in order to adequately run the program.
For adequate online communication we advise you have a minimum 4Mbps download speed and 0.35Mbps upload speed and that you are the only user on the internet line while using the Kip McGrath program.

WEBCAM AND MICROPHONE
A webcam and microphone are required for online learning. Ensure you have installed the device drivers that are provided with the webcam or from the vendor’s website. Headphones with or without a microphone are not necessary but may improve how you hear your tutor.
