At Kip McGrath Ocean Grove, we help primary and secondary students improve their English and Maths, build confidence and reach their potential.

Every student begins with a FREE assessment conducted by a qualified teacher. We identify their strengths and learning gaps before creating an individualised programme designed around their needs.

Students work in small groups of around 4–5, receiving individual attention from qualified teachers while developing the confidence and independence to work through their own programme.

We believe great tutoring is about more than simply putting a student in front of a worksheet. It is about having the right teacher, the right resources and the right level of work for that particular student.

Our Ocean Grove centre is owned and managed by Simon Powys, a qualified secondary teacher with degrees in Engineering, Science and Education from Monash University and extensive experience teaching Maths and Science, including VCE General Mathematics and Physics.

We provide tutoring for students from early primary through secondary school, as well as selected VCE subjects, both in-centre and online.
